Cancellation & Refund Policy
I value my clients’ time and commitments, and I expect the same in return. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Project Booking & Deposit
To confirm a project, clients are required to pay an initial deposit.
This deposit secures my time and schedule for your project and is therefore non-refundable.
By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that I will turn down other work during the booked period.
2. Client Cancellations
If a client cancels 2 weeks before work begins, the deposit remains non-refundable.
If a client cancels after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, and additional payments for completed work will be due.
Any advance payments beyond completed work may be refunded at my discretion.
3. My Cancellations
In the rare case that I am unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, I will provide a full refund of the deposit and any advance payments for uncompleted work.
4. Scope Changes & Delays
- If a client requests significant changes that go beyond the agreed project scope, these will be treated as a new project with additional costs.
If a project is delayed by the client (e.g., late content, feedback, or communication) for more than **30 days**, the project may be considered cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
5. Digital Nature of Work
Since website design and development deliverables are digital and customized, completed work cannot be returned, and refunds will not be issued once final files are delivered or the website is launched.
