Terms & Conditions

- I provide website design and development services, including (but not limited to) design, setup, customization, and consultation.

- All services are tailored to the needs of each client as outlined in the project proposal or agreement.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a project booking.

The remaining payment is due upon completion of the project, before final delivery or launch.

Work may be paused if payments are delayed beyond the agreed schedule.

Clients must provide all necessary content, materials, and approvals on time for the project to progress.

Delays in providing content or feedback may result in timeline extensions or additional fees.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to all content (text, images, logos, etc.) they provide.

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed in advance.

Additional revisions or changes outside the scope will be billed separately.

Deliverables (such as website files, login details, or live site access) will be provided after the final payment is received.

Once handed over, the client assumes full responsibility for website management unless a maintenance agreement is in place.

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final website design for their business.

I reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio and marketing materials.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds are handled according to my [Cancellation & Refund Policy](#).

- I strive to deliver high-quality work, but I am not responsible for:

  - Downtime caused by hosting providers, third-party apps, or client-side changes.

  - Loss of business, data, or revenue due to misuse or mismanagement after handover.

- These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
